To Whom it May Concern,
Because of financial reasons we decided to sell our home 18 months ago. We tried selling with two other agencies in this declining market without success.
We then hired Jeff Scislow at RE/MAX and were informed that area values had fallen well below the balances we still owed on our home. If we were to sell our home at market value we would not have the amount required to close on the sale.
